After completing her education in the Bay Area (BA, UC Berkeley; MPA Golden Gate University), Stephanie worked in the healthcare field for years before her interests in anthropology, archeology, and architecture redirected her career to real estate. She originally obtained her California Real Estate license in 2001 and achieved Broker status in 2008. 

Stephanie has extensive knowledge of the various districts, nuances, and culture of this diverse and dynamic community. Over the years, she has represented both buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area and beyond, including Alameda, San Francisco, Contra Costa and Lake Counties.

Stephanie is a shrewd and conscientious negotiator. Her expertise spans the spectrum from providing guidance in first-time home buying programs to assisting seniors through the process of real estate transitioning. Stephanie's process includes providing expertise regarding the real estate process, evaluating trends, managing efficiencies, seizing opportunities, providing on-going transparency, acknowledging all participants in the transaction for greater communication--all while maintaining a calm environment. For Stephanie, success is measured by the client’s satisfaction and those resulting relationships.

When not working, Stephanie loves to dance, travel throughout the world, putter in her garden, and spend time with family and friends.

Meryl Jackson is a licensed REALTOR® and the Operations Manager for the team. This role is perfect for Meryl's strong marketing and copywriting skills along with basic construction knowledge, eye for design and meticulous attention to detail. Prior to entering the real estate world, Meryl worked in marketing, business development and technical training in the civil engineering industry.
